Beverly J. Ellis

Beverly J. (Lannen) Ellis, age 95, of Norwood, passed away on Tuesday September 30, 2025.

Born in Stoughton she was the daughter of the late Leo V. and Lillian M. (Elliott) Lannen. Beverly was a graduate of Orleans High School, and was the Parish Secretary at St. Catherine of Siena Parish in Norwood for many years.

Beverly was the beloved wife of the late Harold C. Ellis, and the devoted mother of the late Gregory J. and his surviving wife Marjorie Ellis of Mansfield, Maureen Ellis of Wrentham, Jean M. Ellis and her spouse Cheryl Farrington of Plymouth, and Trisha Ellis of Medway.

She was the sister of Leona M. Grant and her partner Jim Mead of South Dennis, and the proud grandmother of Derek Ellis and his wife Lauren of Medway, Matthew Ellis and his wife Missy of Natick, Alex Torres and his partner Katrina Pavao of Millbury, Kristen Torres and her fiance Michael Tirrell of East Sandwich, and great-grandmother of Sean and Madison Ellis of Medway, and Maggie and Emmet Ellis of Natick.

Visiting Hours will be held the Gillooly Funeral Home, 126 Walpole Street, (Rt. 1A) NORWOOD, on Sunday October 5, from 3-6 PM, and again on Monday, beginning at 10 AM, prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Catherine of Siena Parish, Norwood at 11 o'clock. Interment will be at the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne at 2 PM.
