Diane L. Hawley Pinette

Daughter of the late Neil G. Hawley Jr. and Margaret “Peggy” (LeBlanc). Beloved mother of Ryan Pinette and his partner Timm Keppler of Los Angeles CA, Holly Baldassare and her husband Brian of Danvers, and Chris Pinette and his fiancé Katie Frenette of Carlisle. Devoted Nana to Olivia and Luciana Baldassare. Former wife of thirty-six years to Robert Pinette. Loving sister of Linda Davenport and her husband Stephen of Norwood, David B. Hawley and his wife Leisa H. Weld of Geneva Switzerland, Carol Scrima of Hollis NH, June Steinweg and her husband Todd of Arnold MD, Janet M. Michienzi and her husband Andrew of Needham, and the late Thomas K. Hawley DMD, and his wife Carol Boisen of Norwood who survives.

Diane’s signature laugh was heard the loudest when surrounded by family and friends on Cape Cod. She was an avid New England sports fan and enjoyed watching games with her beloved German Shorthaired Pointer, Bella. A lifelong resident of Norwood and 1970 graduate of Norwood High School, she is survived by many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and co-workers.

Funeral Tuesday October 10 at 8 am from the Gillooly Funeral Home, 126 Walpole St. (Rt. 1A) NORWOOD, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Catherine of Siena Church, Norwood at 9. Visiting hours Monday 2 - 6. Interment Highland Cemetery, Norwood.
