Elizabeth Ann (Chase) Martin, age 79, of Stoughton, formerly of Somerset and Canton, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 3, 2026. Born in Fall River, Massachusetts, she was the daughter of the late Kenneth Chase and Rita (Delaney) Chase.
Betty, as many called her loved country music, peanut butter anything, gossip TV, and NASCAR racing.
Betty is survived by her daughter, Tara Kelly and her husband Stephen of Norwood; her beloved sister, Jane Rousseau and husband Larry; and her cherished grandchildren: Erin, Meghan, Owen, Brenden, and Aislin Kelly.
Visiting Hours will be held in the Gillooly Funeral Home, 126 Walpole Street (Rt. 1A), NORWOOD on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, from 5PM-8PM. Friends and family are invited to gather at the Funeral Home on Thursday, June 11, 2026, at 9:30AM. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Timothy's Church, 650 Nichols Street, Norwood at 10:30AM. Interment will follow at Highland Cemetery, Norwood.
