COMEAU, George J. 82, of Chepachet RI, and formerly of Norwood, passed peacefully at his home Friday December 1. Son of the late C. Courtney and M. Emilie (Comeau) Comeau. Loving brother of Courtney C. Comeau of Norwood, his late wife Carol, and Robert L. Comeau and his wife Kathleen of Easton. Cherished uncle of many nieces and nephews. George also leaves his devoted caregivers of over 20 years, Josh and Karen Kenney of Chepachet RI. He was an Assembler with the Horace Mann Educational Associates Workshop of Franklin, and was a volunteer for Meals on Wheels in RI. Funeral Wednesday December 6 from the Gillooly Funeral Home, 126 Walpole St. (Rt. 1A), NORWOOD, at 9 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Denis Church, Islington at 10. Visiting hours Tuesday 5 – 8. Interment St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Watertown.
