So sad to hear the loss of your dad. Your father was one of the nicest people I know. You have my deepest sympathy on your loss.

I will miss seeing him walking by himself in the neighborhood. He used to say to me, "Save a prayer for me and I will save two prayers for you" Gerry, I am saving 2 prayers for you. Rest in peace dear friend.

Revelation 21:4 "He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away.”

May God be with all the family in these difficult times.
In Sympathy, Ana and family from Countryside Lane , Norwood

I lived next door to the Sutherland family on Ridgewood Drive. I babysat for their older children. Lovely family. I think they moved to Rustic acres in Norwood and I would bump into them once and a while. Very sorry for his passing . My condolences to the children.

My most sincere condolences on the loss of your Dad. It was an honor to have known him and I so enjoyed our many chats over the years at St. Timothy’s and Norwood Hospital. He was one of the kindest, most compassionate and thoughtful people I ever met and he set a great example for all of us to follow.
He was also a dear friend to my mother, Barbara Wilson - through their many years volunteering at the hospital and other activities around the town. He was a gift to the town of Norwood - he truly made a difference in so many people’s lives! May you always smile and know peace as you remember your remarkable Dad!
