Helen Halle

Helen C. (Campbell) Halle, 101, of Norwood passed away Monday, September 5, 2022. She was born January 24, 1921 in Watertown, MA to Timothy J. and Catherine L. (Morley) Campbell. She was the longest living of six siblings.

Helen was actively involved in the St. Timothy Parish with Religious Education, care for the sick and elderly and was a Eucharistic Minister for over 50 years. She was honored by Cardinal Sean O’Malley with the Cherverus Award in 2009 for her contributions to her parish and the extended Archdiocese of Boston.

Helen was predeceased by her son, Jay and her husband Mitchell J. with whom she shared more than 65 years. He was a veteran of both World War II and the Korean Conflict. She is survived by her loving son, Kevin P. Halle, 14 nieces and nephews and 23 grand nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on September 17, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St. Timothy Church, Norwood, MA. A Funeral Mass will begin at 11:00 AM with interment to follow at Highland Cemetery, Norwood, MA.
