John, Maureen & family. I am so saddened and sorry to hear this news. As soon as I saw Jim’s photo my mind was flooded with soooo many memories of the old Micros days and all of the fun and laughs that we had. Jim with his big smile and the best sense of humor. One of a kind. We were a family and the memories will last forever. Thinking of you during this difficult time! Love and strength, Linda

Jim wasn't just the Co-owner of our company, he was our Captain.

I am honored to have known Jim for the number of years I have and I am proud to have worked for him, shared in his knowledge and wisdom and the laughter. I would follow this man into battle.

I cant say it will be easy to move forward but we will do so in his honor and memory, he truly did have our oars always pointed in the right direction on our fast moving river.

I am sure I speak for us all at RCS, you will be dearly missed and always remembered
