Linda S Maher

MAHER, Linda S. (Costello) age 61 of Norwood, formerly of Whitman, Wednesday Nov. 11 after a two year battle with breast cancer. Linda was predeceased by her beloved life partner, Linda Arpino. She was the daughter of John J. Costello and his wife Virginia of IL, and the late Sheila P. (Keating) Costello. She is survived by her son, Shawn T. Maher and his wife Jennifer of Norwood; her grandchild SieraRose Maher; her brothers Edward Costello and his partner Donna Farley of Abington, Richard Costello and his wife Melinda of Whitman; brothers in-law Carlo Arpino and his wife Lorelle of Dedham, Mario Arpino and his wife Alicia of Norwood; her uncle Paul DeSalvo of NH; her nieces and nephews Sherri Hannan and her husband Benjamin Dexter, Amy Fuller and her husband Keith, Joseph Costello, Justin Arpino and his wife Ashley, Alyssa Alverado and her husband Jesse, Samantha Smith, and Isabella Arpino. Also survived by many grand-nieces and nephews, and other relatives. She was a longtime employee of the Massachusetts Bar Association. Visiting hours Sunday Nov. 15 from 10-2 at Gillooly Funeral Home, 126 Walpole St (Rt. 1A) Norwood, relatives and friends kindly invited. Funeral services and interment are private.
