Patricia Ann (Morley) Fitzgibbon

Age 88 of Dedham MA for 50 years, then moved to Norwood MA for her most recent 4 years, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 11th. 2023 at Newton Wellesley Hospital. Pat was born in Boston on February 8th. 1935 to Martin and Margaret (Molway) Morley. Pat graduated from “Dorchester High School for Girls” in 1952. After graduation, her working career began with American Machine and Foundry for several years. She then married her beloved late husband of 45 years in 1954, Joseph M. Fitzgibbon, then began their family in 1956. She is survived by her children; Kevin G. Fitzgibbon of Plainville, MA, MaryPat Hurley and her husband Michael of Abington, MA, Michael J. Fitzgibbon and his wife Lisa of Norwood, MA and Maureen E. Negrini and her husband Stephen of Estero, FL. Pat is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren, along with many nieces, nephews and two special bookends, Erin (Sullivan) Manzi and Donna DiRosario. Pat was preceded in death by her husband Joseph M. Fitzgibbon, daughter Kathy-Ann (Fitzgibbon) DiRado and her sister Karen E. (Morley) Harland. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Denis Church, 157 Washington Street, Westwood on Saturday March 18, at 10 o'clock. Interment will follow the Mass at Brookdale Cemetery, Dedham.
