

Robert “Bobby” James Sales, age 37, of Norwood, passed away on Sunday, October 5, 2025. Born in Boston, he was the son of Paul H. Sales II and Deborah L. (Hohman) Sales of Norwood.
Bobby was the beloved grandson of Barbara A. Hohman and her late husband Merrill S. Hohman, both of Norwood, and the late Mary C. Sales. He is survived by his brother Paul Sales III and his wife Kate of Norwood, and by his brother Christopher Sales of Holliston. He is also survived by his aunts and uncles: Shirley and Donald Slutz of Milford, the late Mary L. Sales, Maggie and Gene Olson of Holland, and Michael W. Sales of North Attleboro. He also leaves behind many cousins, deeply cherished and supportive friends, and his beloved cat, Beerus.
Bobby was an avid collector of comic books, Pokémon cards, and art and entertainment media. He loved building Legos, especially the Star Wars collection, and enjoyed outdoor activities including riding his motorcycle, kayaking, and catching the newest shiny Pokémon. He also spent time reading, following his favorite Boston sports teams, and had an eclectic taste for anime, movies, and television shows. Most of all, he enjoyed the company of his devoted friends.
Visiting Hours will be held in the Gillooly Funeral Home, 126 Walpole Street (Rt. 1A) NORWOOD on Tuesday, October 14, from 4-7PM. Interment will be held at a later date at Highland Cemetery, Norwood.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Riverside Community Care (Dedham) or a charity of your choice.
