On November 29, 2015 Alice Lillian Ayers-McCready, age 59, passed away at the Gilchrist Hospice in Towson, MD. She was the beloved wife of 37 years to Terry J. McCready; loving mother of Lisa Malick, Richard Bransby, Michael McCready, Rachel McCready, Mindy Harris and Katie McCready-Wagner; loving daughter of Hilda Mae Ayers and the late Robert Carlton Ayers; cherished sister of Donna Ayers, Esther Kraft, Robert Ayers, Jr., Walter Ayers, Patrick Ayers and the late Nancy Ayers; loving grandmother of Mandy Malick, Nick Hornberger, Ali Hansen, Spencer Hansen, Tommy Coburn, Shannon McCready, J.T. Wagner, Baylee Wagner and Georgia Dillon.
Alice was known for her ever-present smile and beautiful singing voice. She assisted Terry with the Treasured Memories of Elvis musical review. Together, she and Terry prepared dinners to feed to the less fortunate each Thanksgiving.
The family will receive friends at the Schimunek Funeral Home, Inc. (9705 Belair Road Nottingham, MD 21236) on Thursday from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. where funeral service will begin at 8:00 p.m. Interment private.
