On December 27, 2012 Ann Carter (nee Francis) passed away. She was the beloved mother of Richard Burns and his wife Jeannette, Debra Burns and her husband Victor Frezza, and Terry Crippen; loving grandmother of Jason and Mason Burns, Justin Mitchell, and Nora Fitzgerald; loving great-grandmother of Logan Mitchell and Jaxon Mitchell.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday December 30, 2012 at 12 noon at Schimunek Funeral Home Inc. 9705 Belair Rd. (at Forge Rd.). Interment private.
