Ann Lee Chalk (nee Hughes), age 88, of Nottingham, MD passed away on October 18, 2024. She was the beloved wife of the late Guy E. Chalk, Sr.; devoted mother of Susan Lorenzet and her husband Richard, Steven Chalk and his wife Edie, Amy Jost, Guy Chalk, Jr. and his wife Vita, and Mary Beth Remesch and her husband Frank; loving grandmother of Christopher Lorenzet, Sr. and his wife Melissa, Daniel Lorenzet and his wife Taylor, Matthew Jost and his wife Claire, Kaylee Jost, Elizabeth Jost, Andrew Chalk, and Caroline Chalk; cherished great-grandmother of Christopher Lorenzet, Jr., Nicolas Lorenzet, and Burkley Lorenzet.
Lee graduated from Seton High School in 1954.
Family and friends are invited to gather at the Schimunek Funeral Home, 9705 Belair RD, Nottingham, MD 21236, on Monday, October 21, 2024, from 2-4 P.M. and 7-9 P.M. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, at 10 A.M. at St. Joseph Catholic Church (Fullerton, MD). Interment will follow in the adjoining church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Lee’s name to the Juvenile Diabetes Association at www.breakthrought1d.org
