On November 12, 2016, Benedict “Benny” C. DeFatta; beloved husband of Sarah V. DeFatta; devoted father of Patricia A. DeFatta and the late Phillip B. DeFatta; dear brother of Rita Boyd, Rose Sommerville, and the late Flora Belcher, Sal DeFatta, Charles DeFatta, and Ruth Clopien.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather at Schimunek Funeral Home, Inc. 9705 Belair Rd., Nottingham, MD 21236, on Wednesday November 16th from 3-5 and 7-9pm. Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 11am at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Gardens of Faith Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Benny’s name to the Wounded Warrior Project P.O. Box 758517, Topeka, KS 66675.
