Bernardine Joan Bogdan (nee Kucinski), age 91, of Perry Hall, MD, passed away on Sunday, June 4, 2023. She was the beloved wife of the late John J. Bogdan, Sr.; devoted mother of Mark R. Bogdan, Sr. and his late wife Debbie, Celeste Vollerthum and her husband Jim, John J. Bogdan, Jr. and his wife Christine, and Christine M. Schramek and her husband Bradley; loving grandmother of John Bogdan, III and his wife Allison, and the late Mark R. Bogdan, Jr.; cherished great-grandmother of Kayla and Molly Bogdan; dear sister of Doris Comeau. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the Schimunek Funeral Home, 9705 Belair RD, Nottingham, MD 21236, on Wednesday, June 7, 2023, from 3-5 P.M. and 7-9 P.M. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, June 8, 2023, at 10 A.M., at St. Joseph Catholic Church (Fullerton, MD). Interment services will be held on Friday, June 9, 2023, at 10:45 A.M., at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery (Owings Mills, MD).
