Catherine R. Dodd

Catherine R. Dodd (nee Brockmeyer), age 97 of Perry Hall, Maryland passed away on Tuesday, July 5, 2022. She was the beloved wife of the late John W. Dodd; devoted mother of Carolyn M. McCully and her husband Brent, Catherine A. Burton and her husband Pat, and Dolores "Dee" R. DeLauro and her husband Mike; loving grandmother of Shannon, Carrie, Katie, Amy, John, Joe, and Jessie, and 11 cherished great grandchildren; dear sister Mary D. Regester of Las Vegas, NV, and Catherine was predeceased by her 7 other siblings.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the Schimunek Funeral Home, Inc., 9705 Belair RD, Nottingham, MD 21236, on Tuesday, July 19, 2022, from 2:00 to 4:00 PM and 7:00 to 9:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Wednesday, July 20, 2022, at the St. Joseph Church Fullerton, 8420 Belair Rd, Nottingham, MD 21236 at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at the St. Joseph Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Catherine’s name to Saint Joseph Church Fullerton, or at www.stjoefullerton.org/give.
