On June 3, 2017, Catherine Farbo (nee Buenafuente) passed away. She was born in Troop, PA. She worked in several Tailor shops in Baltimore, including Joseph A. Bank and was a longtime parishioner of Most Precious Blood Church. Catherine was the beloved wife of the late Michael Farbo; devoted mother of Joseph Farbo; loving grandmother of Joseph Jr., and Matthew Farbo and his wife Tiffani; dear sister of Rosita Slotterback. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends will gather at Schimunek Funeral Home, Inc., 9705 Belair Rd., Nottingham MD 21236, on Friday, June 9, 2017, from 6-9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Most Precious Blood Church 5010 Bowleys Lane, Baltimore MD 21206, on Saturday, June 10, 2017, at 9:00 a.m. Interment services will follow at the Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Boys Town, 14100 Crawford St., Boys Town, NE 68010.
