On November 30, 2015, Charles "Els" Berterman, Sr.; beloved husband of 55 years of Joanne Berterman (nee Debus); devoted father of Cindy Shipley and husband Maurice, Charles Berterman, Jr. and dear friend Catherine Ballance, Scott Berterman and wife Valentina; loving grandfather of Elizabeth and dear friend Joe, Reese, Tabitha and husband Steve, Chaz, Kaily, Brad, Scotty, Evan and Bianca; dear brother of William Berterman and wife Barbara.
Relatives and friends will gather at Miller-Dippel Funeral Home, Inc., 6415 Belair Rd., Baltimore MD 21206, on Saturday, December 12, 2015, from 1:00-5:00 p.m., with a memorial service at 5:00 p.m. Inurnment will take place at a later time at Maryland Veterans Cemetery-Garrison Forest.
