On August 4, 2012, Charles B. Elder, Jr. beloved son of Charles B. Elder, Sr. and Elizabeth Elder; cherished brother of Frances Elder Hock and her husband Peter; and loving uncle of Bailey N. and Morgan O. Hock. Also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
