Charles is the beloved husband of the late Brenda Lee McCullough (nee Laabes); devoted father of Lisa McCullough, Nicole Scott, Brenda McCullough, Adam McCullough, Dennis McCullough, and Suzanne McCullough; cherished grandfather of Nicholas McCullough, Cain Scott, David Scott, and Victoria Scott; great-grandfather of Cameron McCullough; dear brother of Herbert McCullough, Jean Mahoney, and the late Charlotte Staines, Ray McCullough, Joan Taylor, Ronald McCullough, and Buddy McCullough.
