I think about him all the time . Can’t believe he’s gone. I worked with him at MDTa drank a few beers together and shared a lot of laughs with Harlee, and Brian. A great guy friend and co-worker. Gone but not forgotten.

Ms Pamela and Michele we at Rite Aid are so sorry for your loss. Mr Charles was one of our loved customer. He was always cheerful and made us laugh whenever he came in. He will be greatly missed. May the Good Lord grant you all the grace to bear this loss and may his beautiful soul rest in perfect peace. Amen.

Pam, sorry to hear about Charlie, it's been a while since I saw him last. Moved to DE and kind of lost contact.

Charlie was my side partner for quite a few years, and he kept me straight, and his dry humor cracked me up, I really missed that about him. Just a great guy, he will be missed.

Rest in peace Charlie.

To the family of Charlie Steele. My condolences for the loss of your loved one. Charlie was not only a co-worker but an advisor and friend. I made it a point whenever in his building, to stop by and say hello. He is missed by me and certainly by all who knew him. Thanks for sharing your loved one with us!!

Pam & Shelly, sorry to hear about Charlie. Hope you are able to get the strength to help 🙏 you through this difficult time from Faith Family & Friends. Wishing you all the best.
                                                       Tony & Tony

I worked with Charlie in the Southern District in the1980's.
Charlie had one characteristic that stood out about him, which I would characterize as, Dignity. Charlie treated me always with respect. It was also obvious he had military experience. I admired his truthfulness and the manner in which he appeared to treat all people with respect.
To the family, your loss cannot be the same as anyone else's as your Charlie was your Charlie special and different. This place inwhich we live has loss a true icon, a Gentleman. Family know, Charlie is with The Father of life.

Pam and Shelly, We will always remember Charlie. It is just so surreal to think he is gone. We are forever grateful for all the love he has given to our family. He was not just a neighbor, he was family. Always there when you needed him..........Santa's helper, boating sidekick, eating crabs, running the boys around on the tractor.....the list of memories can go on and on, as he will, in all our hearts. Christine, Brian, Blake, Owen and Grant are forever better for having Charlie in their lives as are we all. Our thoughts and prayers are with you always. Rest in peace Charlie. I now know there is another angel looking over my kiddos.

Pam and Shelly,

We all are in shock over this terrible loss. Your Charlie was one very special guy. Charlie was funny, kind and thoughtful. It was always a pleasure to be in his, and yours, company.
Charlie is gone, but never forgotten.
Our prayers and love, Jim and Bonnie

Charlie was a dear friend. We went on many golf outings and had a great time.
Charlie was a outstanding police officer and Baltimore City Police and the Maryland Transportation Authority were fortunate to have his experience and expertise.
Charlie you will be be missed and thought of regularly.....

Family gatherings at Lisa & Steve’s house often included Charlie. We always enjoyed our time with him - a gentle and caring man, always interested in others and will be very much missed. Our love and blessings to all of you who loved him. Denise & Tom Cline in WV

"Mr. Charlie" as I affectionately called him was a very special friend and neighbor to me and my deceased husband Joey for many, many years. He was a joy to be around and teased me so much about my USO days, all in such good fun! Joey loved golfing with him and they had so many laughs on the course! My heart, prayers and love are with Pammie, Shelly and his entire family. RIP Charlie. Another good guy gone too soon!

Pam,

Pam, I am so sorry to hear that Charlie passed. We worked together for so many years at the Northeast District. Would need a month to tell the stories of the times we shared on the job.
Then there was the cross country trip to visit a friend of his in Montana. My fiance at the time, Peggy, flew out to Helena Montana & finished the trip with us. We have been married for 44 years. You can't believe the laughs we had sneaking Peggy into our room.
My one regret is that I didn't make the effort to keep in touch after we moved to Delaware. Please take care and rest assured of our prayers for a great side partner, and a really good friend.

Pam I can’t tell you how sorry I am I just spoke to him I believe it was New Years Eve or the day before. We had a great conversation laughing and talking about getting together when this was over. He told me about going to Florida and I told him about lunch I had with Fred Raynor. We talked about Brian and Harlee. I can’t believe this happened my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family I miss my old co- worker. God Bless

Pam and Family,

We are praying for you and are so sorry for your loss 🙏❤️

I have said this numerous times. When I was a kid in Elementary School all the kids had their favorite superhero. So had Batman others may have had Superman but my Uncle was a Baltimore City Police Officer so I told everyone my Superhero was my Uncle Bob. I thought since he was a policeman everyone knew him.

I loved him and respected him more than anything I can ever wrote here.

Colton loved his Uncle Bob and the many pictures we have taken are now so very precious to us.

Pam , Michelle , Aunt Drema , Aunt Carol Aunt Billie and Mom . I love you all and mine and Colton's heart hurts with each of you.

Pam,
So sorry for the loss of Charlie. Our heartfelt sympathy goes out to you and your family. Try to remember the good moments that you shared to get you through this.
God Bless!

My heart is so broken. Charlie was an amazing guy with a wonderful sense of humor. He showed me so much during my time at the MDTA, and we had a ball on our road trips. He loved to stop at Attmans for lunch. My thoughts are with his immediate and MDTA family. Rest in eternal peace my friend.
