Constance Villa Jarboe

On February 16, 2026 Constance Villa Jarboe (nee Morse) passed away. She was the beloved wife of Robert M. Jarboe; devoted mother of Nicholas Paul Dominic Villa (Marni Sklodowski), and Michelle Louise Plitt (Joshua); loving step-mother of Lindsey Michelle Shaw (Richard), and Laura Meredith Slater (Andrew); cherished Nana of Natalie, Eric, Kayley, Ryan, Zach, Wyatt, Rachel, Genevieve, and Kellan; beloved daughter of the late Glenn and Louise Morse; loving sister of Cathy Cohen (Mitchell); dear sister in law of Paul Jarboe (Helen), John Jarboe (Katherine), Margaret Dobbs (David), and Ann Richards (Mark); adored aunt of Tyler and Spencer; she is also survived by her dear friend Patricia Shackleford (David), her cousin Sharon Castania, and other nieces and nephews in Robert’s family.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit Schimunek Funeral Home Inc., 9705 Belair Rd. Nottingham, MD 21236 on Monday, February 23, 2026, from 2-4 and 6-8 PM, where a Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.
