So very sad to hear of Dave's passing.  I attended Mervo-Tech with Dave and learned the bricklaying trade along side him.  Later, after losing contact with him I found that he worked at GM as I did and eventually ended up working side by side with him on the "final line" there.  His sharp wit and dedication to doing a quality job always made it easy to be a friend.  When the GM plant in Baltimore closed and I decided to transfer to Texas I called Dave to make sure that he knew what a privilege it was for me to work along side of him and how sorely he would be missed.  I have nothing but fond and funny memories of Dave both from high school and GM.  Blessings to his family and know that he had a friend in me.

We were so sad to learn of the passing of your husband, father, and grandfather, and our cousin David. We will always remember the fun times camping at Pine Creek, PA and what fun we had the time David was able to join us. We grew apart over the years but he will always have a place in our hearts. We are so sorry for your loss.

Joyce & Family, I am so sorry to learn of Dave's passing. When I think of Dave, I remember when we were all in elementary school, that would be Glenmount Elementary in about the forth grade. I can still see Dave in his Boy Scout uniform on the playground. When I think back on those days I come to realize, he always had a patriotic, love of country at his soul level. When you announced years later that you guys were getting married, boy was that a shocker. I didn't even know you two were still in touch beyond junior high, Hamilton that is. Obviously it was a good match, just look at what a wonderful family grew out of that union.I've know you and Dave almost my whole life, unbelievable how time has passed. I will always have fond memories of Dave and those long ago days when we were mere children, now we're old guys. How did we get here so fast.
