Deborah Brown Frome

On April 11, 2018, Deborah Brown Frome passed away. She was the beloved wife of Russell Kenneth Frome; devoted mother of Edward Russell Frome and his wife Lori, and Shelley Katherine Frome and her fiancé Michael Goedeke; loving grandmother of Nathan Archer Frome, Leah Lin Frome, and Maxwell Edward Frome; dear step-grandmother of Rebecca, Matthew, and Kathryn; cherished sister of Denise, Dorothy, Diane, Ronald, and Randall.

A memorial service will be held for Deborah at a later date. If desired, memorial contributions may be made in Deborah’s name to Senator Bob Hooper House c/o Upper Chesapeake Health Foundation, 520 Upper Chesapeake Drive, Ste. 405, Bel Air, MD 21014.
