On March 28, 2017 Delores A. Ports (nee Moore) passed away. She was the beloved wife of the late Francis J. Ports; devoted mother of Patrick Ports and his wife Barbara, Amy Ports, Joel Ports and his wife Krista, and Jennifer Ports and her husband Ken; cherished grandmother of Benjamin, Jennalea, Courtney, Emily and Todd, Rachel and Jason, Kelly and Andreas, and Molly; loving great-grandmother of Nate; dear sister of Millie Hackman, Ginny Greer, Boyd Moore, and the late Putzer Evans.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit at Schimunek Funeral Home Inc., 9705 Belair Rd. Nottingham, MD 21236 on Thursday from 11 AM- 12PM, where a funeral service will be held at 12 PM. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Catholic Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimers Association (www.alz.org).
