On March 24, 2025, Elizabeth “Betty” R. Elder passed away peacefully. She was the beloved wife of the late Charles Bailey Elder Sr.; devoted mother of Frances Wyatt Elder, and the late Charles Bailey Elder Jr.; loving grandmother of Bailey Norris Hock, and Morgan Owings Hock; dear sister of Harold G. Williams, and the late Charles H. Williams and John G.H. Williams, Jr.
Funeral Service will be held at Trinity Episcopal Church, 12400 Manor Rd. Glen Arm on Friday, March 28, 2025, at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at Trinity Episcopal Church Cemetery.
