Ernest Donald Klinger, age 63, of Nottingham, MD passed away on September 1, 2025. He was the beloved husband of Donna Marie Klinger (nee Lanocha); devoted father of Brittany Amanda Kirschenhofer and her husband Evan; loving grandfather of Amelia Rose Kirschenhofer and Myles Jacob Kirschenhofer; cherished son of the late Gerald Sr., and Catherine Klinger; beloved brother of Dee Corey and her husband Greg, and Gerald “Buzz” Klinger, Jr. and his wife Elaine and their families; dear son-in-law of Catherine Lanocha and the late John Lanocha; loving brother-in-law of Deborah Ruehl and her husband Scott and their children, Joshua and Caroline.
Family and friends are invited to gather at the Schimunek Funeral Home, 9705 Belair RD, Nottingham, MD 21236, on Thursday, September 4, 2025, from 3-5 P.M. and 7-9 P.M. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, September 5, 2025, at 10 A.M., at St. Joseph Catholic Church (Fullerton, MD). Interment will follow at Gardens of Faith Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
