On September 20, 2016 Ethel Lee (nee DeGraw) beloved wife of the late Carroll Webster and William Lee; cherished mother of Susan Ball, her husband Kevin and Barbara Webster; loving sister of Nettie Walter and the late Edith Brown and Harry DeGraw; as well as her late cousin Dorothy Jecelin; she is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
A memorial service will be held on October 1, 2016 at 11 am at Perry Hall United Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Perry Hall United Methodist Church 9515 Belair Rd., Perry Hall, MD, 21236.
