On July 27, 2026 Frances C. “Frannie” Young (nee Christopher) passed away. She was born on December 21, 1942 in Baltimore, MD to Frank and Christine Christopher. She was the beloved mother of Michael Young (Deborah), Brian Young (Patricia), Christine Davies (Michael), and Jennifer Lantz (Paul); cherished grandmother of Michael (Holly), Josh, Jack (Renee), Luke, Abbey, Jacob (Olivia), Justin, Matthew, and Julia; loving great-grandmother of Elliot and Isabella; dear sister of Esterine Christopher, Jean Armiger, Diane Fiori (Frank), and Rosemary Abendschein.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit at Schimunek Funeral Home Inc., 9705 Belair Rd. Nottingham, MD 21236, on Thursday, July 30, 2026 from 2-4 and 6-9 PM, where a Funeral Service will be held on Friday, July 31, 2026 at 11:00AM. Interment will follow at OakLawn Cemetery.
