On June 18, 2015, Francis Phillip “Bud” Wiley passed away. He was the beloved husband of Patricia Delores Wiley (nee Phipps); devoted step-father of Heidi Michelle Holthaus and her husband Joe, and John David Baur and his wife Terri; loving step-grandfather of Zachary, Jacob, Joey, Jordan, and Kylie; cherished step-great grandfather of Anna. Also survived by many extended family members and friends.
