On September 14, 2017, Freeman R. Zimmerman, Jr. passed away. He was the beloved husband of the late Yvonne Zimmerman (nee Hickel); devoted father of Judy Brady, and Doug Zimmerman and his wife Angie; loving grandfather of Tom Brady and his wife Tina, and Katie Jo Sullivan and her husband Matt; cherished great-grandfather of Emilie, Reilly, and Chloe Brady, and Charlie, and Ruby Jo Sullivan; dear brother of Betty Ream. Freeman was predeceased by 7 siblings.
Relatives and friends are invited to a receiving of friends at Schimunek Funeral Home, Inc. 9705 Belair Rd, Nottingham, MD 21236, on Saturday, September 23, 2017 from 11am-12pm with a memorial service to follow at 12pm. Interment services will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Freeman’s name to Amedysis Hospice 7106 Ridge Rd., Ste. 140, Rosedale, MD 21237.
