On June 21, 2015, James R. Small passed away. He was the beloved husband of the late Eva S. Small; devoted father of Laura Prouty and her husband Donald, Jack Small, Judy Costello, and Debbie Barton and her husband Jeffrey; loving grandfather of 4 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren; cherished brother-in-law of William Seidl.
