Janet is devoted mother of Donna Sue Bhalla, David Brian Hess, Sr., and Cynthia Ellen Filicko; loving grandmother of David Brian Hess, Jr., Monica Joy Whalen, Danielle Lea Hess, Christopher Daniel Filicko, and Lacey Nicole Filicko; sister of Larry Heishman, and the late Harwell Heishman, James Heishman, Gerald Heishman, and Kenneth Heishman.
