Jo Ann Costa

On July 31, 2021, Jo Ann Costa (nee Cook) passed away. She was the beloved wife of Joseph Michael Costa, Sr.; devoted mother of Joseph Michael Costa, Jr. and his wife Cara; loving grandmother of Carleigh Butterworth; dear sister of the late Mark Cook, Fred Cook,III, and Linda Shank. Also survived by many extended family and friends.
