On February 6, 2017 Jo-Ann E. Packer, R.N. (nee Ostendorf) passed away; beloved wife of Mathias William "Bill" Packer, Jr.; devoted mother of Kimberly Gail Packer, D.D.S. and her husband Konstandinos Rigopoulos and Deborah Lynn Packer, M.D.; loving grandmother of William Mathias Foster, Beis Mathias Rigopoulos; Jacqueline Joann Foster, and Daniel James Foster; she is also survived by many other loving family and friends.
Relatives and friends may gather at Schimunek Funeral Home Inc., 9705 Belair Rd., Nottingham, MD 21236 on Thursday from 3-5 & 7-9 pm where a service will be held on Friday at 11 am. Interment Darlington Cemetery in Darlington, MD.
