On November 1, 2021, Joan Marlene Rumsey (nee Duttera); beloved wife of Leslie Rumsey; devoted mother of Roberta Ann Huber and husband Mark of Texas, and Lisa Elaine Richardson of Perry Hall; loving grandmother of Michael, Mary, and Christina. A visitation will be held at the Chapel at Oak Crest Village, 8820 Walther Blvd., Baltimore MD 21234, on Tuesday, November 16, 2021, from 10:30-11:00 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. (Masks are required while on the property of Oak Crest).
