Joey will always be remembered as a staunch Marine, and a man who constantly kept humor alive. His many hats, and numerous T-Shirts attested to his sense of humor. He was truly a joy to be around for the many years we were associated with him. May he rest in Eternal Peace!

Did not know him well, met a few times over the years and we always had some good laughs and would leave his presence always with a smile and good feeling. He was a very nice guy and he and Linda are super good people. Was very sorry to hear he was in distress and then when he finally passed. Be some smiles going on in heaven these days since his arrival. Linda had a good man, still does and may the thoughts of him and his humor be ever comforting as life continues on.

We are broken hearted at the loss of our dear Uncle Joey. He was a burst of positivity and laughter in our family. Greg and I will miss him so very, very much. Family gatherings won't be the same without him and his upbeat spirit. I especially loved the way he made the kids laugh with his sidekick "Jo Jo". He took the time to engage the little ones, and that was special. And he was always there when we needed a handy-man, Greg especially appreciated it!! Uncle Joe's devotion to Aunt Linda was unwavering, something to behold. I admired his ability to banter with jokes with Linda, sometimes as if a comedy show on the road (I say that in the most respectful way!) and they would finish each others sentences as if they had been married for 75 years! A true testament to a life well-lived. He will be missed dearly.

Joey, we know you are looking down on all of us, we love you and miss you more than you know. You were one of a kind. Always ready with a joke or prank. You had that knack to make everyone smile and laugh no matter who or what age they were. We always said you missed your calling. You should have been on stage, but you were with all of us your family, friends. You are going to be so missed. Thanks for all the memories you have left us. We love you, always, you will forever be in my heart. Till we meet again. X0X0X0

It is so hard saying good bye to Joey, a kind, thoughtful, fun loving friend.  Joey gave us such fond memories all through the years.  Joey's greatest attribute  was his devotion to Linda and she to him.  They were a team that brought us to tears with laughter, which we will always cherish and remember.  Now with those tears we say good bye dear Joey, you are at peace . It is fond memories, peace and comfort we wish to you, Linnie.

Love Always, Jim and Bonnie Spring
