Dear Family and Friends,

I wish to thank you for taking the time to sign Jack's Guest Book.  My husband was and is the love of my life. I am so fortunate that God had us find each other.  I am so very, very fortunate that God blessed our marriage with a wonderful daughter, Joanne and her children, Cailin and Conner.  And to our little family He saw fit to send Jim and his family into our lives.  Jack and I would have been married for 62 years on September 23, 2012.  I miss him terribly and will always miss him.  How blessed I am that I shared the life of such a wonderful man.  Jack, I know you are with our families and our friends who you have missed so much.  Don't worry about us 'cause we're doing our best to take care of each other. Love you!  Mary

My precious brother , I remember your love and kindness in those growing up years.  Never finding fault , always encouraging and I know you never had an enemy in your life because of your kindness to everyone.  You are missed and always will be.  How joyous the greetings must have been when you saw Pat , Betty , Bob and Jim and Mom & Dad --and to be in the presence of our dear Lord;you deserve all the joy that is there!  Watch for us --we will join you soon .  Love you Jack !   Helen

My sincere condolances to the extended Galton family. I have many fond memories of Jack as a coworker and friend. His wit and wisdom will be missed.

Uncle Jack was the best, and the world is a much sadder place without him. Always a smile and a kind word for everyone. Such a gracious gentleman.

Uncle Jack, Chris and I will miss you so much. You were always so happy to see us and always engaged both of us in conversation. I will forever remember the Ocean City vacations growing up and Chris will always remember your interest in him as he made his 4th degree as a Knight of Columbus.  We are comforted knowing that you are resting in the loving arms of God. Be at peace and know that your job here on earth is done and you have earned your rest. Dear Mary, Joanne and Family,
My heart goes out to all of you at this time.  He is at peace with God.  I will always remember his gentle smile when he greeted you and his concern for my sons.  He was the perfect gentleman at all times.  Our families had many great times together and he will always be remembered.  Just remember Joanne, you and your children were the light of his life. Uncle Jack, Sandy and I will SO miss you.  I enjoyed our times together as our families met during holidays and special family events.  You became my mentor when I entered architecture school and I enjoyed talking with you about my projects.  I will we had the opportunity to show you some of what I designed.  We will stay close to Aunt Mary, Joanne, Cailin, and Connor.  I'm sure that my Dad, Tom Sr. and John have already invited you to the bar for a drink.

So sorry for your family's loss, Joanne.  I know you all loved him very much and he loved you as well.  He has a never-ending smile and I hope all the good memories you hold in your heart will replace the sad ones you are feeling right now.

My Prayers are with you Joanne and you Family but remember he will be with always in your heart and spirit.

One of my earliest memories is of you telling me that your head (it was really your hair!) was flat because Grandma hit you on top of your head with a frying pan!  I think I believed you for a few years!  To my first dancing partner, even as I grew... you still let me stand on your feet and danced me across the floor when you were leaving our house.   I have many fond memories of my sweet Uncle Jack and will treasure them always.  Love and miss you!  Julie, Bob, Amy, Scott and Evan
