On October 2, 2015 Joseph William Biscoe, Sr. passed away. He was the beloved husband of the late Frances Louise Biscoe (nee Beitzel); devoted father of Susan Posluszny and her husband John, Joseph William Biscoe, Jr., Matthew T. Biscoe, Helen M. Biscoe, Christopher P. Biscoe and the late Michael M. Biscoe, Christine Biscoe and Joseph Biscoe; loving grandfather of 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren; he is also survived by many other loving nieces and nephews.
