On January 23, 2025, Joseph Ray Tilley passed away. He was the beloved husband of the late Arlene B. Tilley; devoted father of Charlene Workmeister, her husband Daniel, the late Antoinetta McGuire, Robert J. Carter Sr., Joseph Ragan Sr, his wife Joy, John Ragan, and Tom Brooks, his wife Diana; loving grandfather of 13 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild; dear brother of Randall, Rondell, Patty, Ethel and the late Earnest, Herbert, Theodore, Brady, Roger, Gerald, and Brenda Kaye; and other loving family and friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the Schimunek Funeral Home, Inc., 9705 Belair RD, Nottingham, MD 21236, on Monday, January 27, 2025, from 3:00 to 5:00 PM and 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 28, 2025, at 10:00 AM, at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Holly Hill Memorial Gardens.
