My condolences to the family. Joe and I first met when we were both “paper boys” some 70 plus years ago. We grew up together, bought our first cars, fell in love, double dated and shared our hopes and dreams. Over the decades we never really lost touch and his passing leaves a vacancy that will never be filled.
