Kathleen lived a life of laughter, finding joy in the moments she shared with the people she loved most. She had a special place in her heart for her grandchildren, who brought her immeasurable happiness. Being a grandmother was one of life’s greatest joys for Kathy, the love she had for each of her grandkids was immeasurable. The memories she shared with each of them will forever be treasured, carried in their hearts, and passed down through generations.
Kathleen is survived by her three children: Victoria (Chris) Hensley, Christopher (Christina) Velez, and Lindsay (Stephen) Cannon. She also leaves behind her beloved grandchildren: Justin, Jordan, Lucas, and Jocelyn Hensley; Christian Velez; Carly Delacruz; and Colton and Cree Cannon.
She is also survived by her siblings, Michael Tichenor, John Tichenor, and Karen Tichenor, as well as her beloved fur babies, Sampson and Jack, who were part of her family and held a special place in her heart.
Kathleen’s life was about more than the years she lived; it was about the laughter she shared, the love she gave, and the memories she created with her family. Her spirit will live on in every story retold, every laugh shared around the family table, and every precious memory her children and grandchildren hold close.
Losing a mother and grandmother leaves an emptiness that words cannot fully express. Though her family must now learn to navigate life without her physical presence, the love Kathleen gave them will never fade. Her laughter will echo in their memories, her love will remain a part of who they are, and her presence will always be felt in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
Kathleen will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.
