Known for being our dancing queen, always rocking away to music. Being the happiest person in the room, always smiling and having a blast. Loved to go for car rides and ride the bus when in school. Disliking hats and gloves in the winter, tearing them off with a grin the moment we wouldn’t be able to put them back on when she loaded up on the school bus. Telling us “NOOO” with a laugh when she means yes, saying she’s cold even though she’s perfectly content and having fun. Took extra long showers because she enjoyed being in the water. Her extra loud seagull shrieks that were of pure excitement. And her extra strength hugs where she would beat on your back as if she were playing the drums and laugh if you said ouch. Fighting her whole life against her diagnosis and persevering.
Keri is survived by and will always be the beloved daughter of Thomas Stanowski Jr. and Kathleen Stanowski; cherished granddaughter of Joan Wrzesinski; precious little sister of Susan, Tommy, Arika, Steven and Keli; dear aunt to Taylor, Madison, Blake, Ashlyn, Alivia, Spencer, Corbin, Theodore, Natali, and Dakota. Also survived by many other family and friends.
Miss you Katie-kate; Love you baby girl. God gained an amazing angel.
We will forever hold you in our hearts… until we meet again.
