On July 23, 2022, Larry Monroe Skidmore Sr. passed away. He was the beloved husband of Susan Skidmore; devoted father of Deborah Matthew and her husband Leonard, Larry Skidmore Jr. and his wife Melissa, Robert Rowan, Richard Rowan, and Rebecca Skidmore; dear brother of Edwin Paul Skidmore, and the late Carmen Skidmore, and Paula Sue Doyle; loving grandfather of Rhiannon Scism and her husband Michael, Daniel Skidmore and his wife Kelly, Leonard Matthew, Rachel Brown and her husband Jason, Jacob Rowan, Breanna Rowan, Cassidy Rowan, Alisa Rowan, James Rowan, Avery Hiltner, and Melody Rowan; and many cherished great grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the Schimunek Funeral Home, Inc., 9705 Belair RD, Nottingham, MD 21236, on Friday, July 29, 2022, from 3:00 to 5:00 PM and 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 30, 2022, at 11:30 AM, at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Holly Hill Memorial Gardens.
