On November 1, 2014 Lawrence William Burke, Sr., 74, beloved husband of Carol Burke (nee Schuman) devoted father of Lawrence W. Burke, Jr. and Stephen E. Burke. He was the dear brother of the late Paul D. Burke and Wallace F. Burke. He is also survived by his loving grandchildren Dakota, Trevor, Kelsea, Raquel and Nicholas Burke.
Relatives and friends are invited to call at the Schimunek Funeral Home, Inc. 9705 Belair Road (at Forge Rd) on Monday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 pm. A funeral service will be held at the Salem UMC, 7903 Bradshaw Rd, Upper Falls, MD 21156 on Tuesday at 10 am.. Interment at Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 217 E. Redwood Street, 23rd Floor, Baltimore, MD 21201.
