M. Norma Fowler

On November 28, 2020, M. Norma Fowler (nee Rynes) peacefully passed away. She was the beloved wife of the late Earnest "Jack" Fowler; devoted mother of Larry D. Fowler and his wife Kathy, M. Diane Fowler, Jacqueline E. Landgraf and her husband Karl, John C. Fowler and his wife Donna L., N. Gail Allison and her husband Kenneth D. and Kenneth L. Fowler and his wife Dorothy; dear sister of Elaine Welsh and husband Tom (deceased); loving grandmother of Shelley, Larry, Lori, Krista, Stacey, Valerie, Nicole, Kristopher, Kyle and the late Audra; cherished great-grandmother of Ava, Parker, Karl, Kooper, and Wesley; dear aunt of Donna Welsh.

Family and friends are invited to gather at the Miller-DIppel Funeral Home, Inc @ Schimumek Funeral Home (9705 Belair Road Nottingham, MD 21236) on Thursday from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Friday at the St. Anthony Catholic Church (4414 Frankford Ave. Baltimore, MD 21206). Interment in Parkwood Cemetery.
