Margie Caroline McDermott

On December 17, 2025, Margie Caroline McDermott (nee Grier) passed away peacefully. She was the beloved wife of the late John Anthony McDermott; devoted mother of Kimberlee A. Cerrato, her husband Lou, and Kevin P. McDermott; loving grandmother of Brenna Ross, her husband Brad, and Cella Cerrato; cherished great grandmother of Remi Ross, and Harlowe Ross; dear sister of Terri L. Riedal, and the late Michael J. Grier, Vernon Grier Jr., William F. Wirth; loving aunt of Adam Nastalski, Evan Nastalski, Bryce Hoge; and great aunt of Britan Nastalski, Caden Nastalski, Ellery Nastalski, Kinley Nastalski, Regan Hoge, Maddox Hoge, and Hudson Nastalski.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the Schimunek Funeral Home, Inc., 9705 Belair RD, Nottingham, MD 21236, on Sunday, December 21, 2025, from 2:00 to 6:00 PM. Funeral service will be held on Monday, December 22, 2025, at 10:00 AM, at the funeral home. Interment will follow at the Bel Air Memorial Gardens.
