On June 6, 2026, Maria Stephany DiMatteo passed away. Maria is the beloved wife of the late Antonio DiMatteo; devoted mother of Christopher DiMatteo, Brian DiMatteo and wife Ritanne, and Daniela Nocar and husband Thomas; loving grandmother of Carly DiMatteo, Emily Cavasina and husband Nick, Gage DiMatteo, Dominic DiMatteo, and Nathan Nocar; great-grandmother of TJ Markley and soon to be born 2nd great-granddaughter Cece Cavasina; dear sister of Joseph Bertrand and wife Lisa and Gloria Wedeking and her late husband Gary. Maria is also survived by her loving DiMatteo family and her special dogs Gia and Barney.
Relatives and friends will gather at the Schimunek Funeral Home, Inc., 9705 Belair Rd, Nottingham MD 21236, on Saturday, June 20, 2026, from 10 am-12 Noon, with a Celebration of Life Service at 12 Noon.
