On June 3, 2017 Marie A. Szetela passed away; beloved wife of the late Daniel Szetela; devoted mother of Joyce Borcz (Keith), Susan Wellmann (Hal), Daniel M. Szetela, Jr., John Szetela, Kathy Diegert (John), and Jackie Baroody (Sam); loving grandmother of 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren; she is also survived by many other loving family and friends. She taught us all so much about love, life and kindness. We will miss you ReRe.
A celebration of life will be held at Schimunek Funeral Home Inc., 9705 Belair Rd., Nottingham, MD 21236 on Thursday 7/13 from 3-5 and 7-9 where a prayer service will be held at 7:15 pm. Operation Christmas Child was a charity very near and dear to Marie's heart; in lieu of flowers please consider bringing either bars of Ivory soap, skeins of either Premier Home or Sugar N' Cream brand cotton yarn or a gift card to go toward purchasing these items for the charity.
