On September 2, 2025 Nancy Linhart (nee Besa) passed away, into the loving arms of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. She was the beloved wife of 61 years to Claude "Butch" Linhart; devoted mother of Wayne Linhart and his wife Janet, and Steve Linhart and his wife Natalie; cherished grandmother of Jake (Jessica), Dylan (Suzanne), Madeline, and Eric; adoring great-grandmother of Ryan; loving sister to her twin brother David Besa, and the late George Besa, Eileen Palmer, and Dorothy Besa; dear aunt of many nieces and nephews, surviving and departed.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather to remember and celebrate Nancy's life at Schimunek Funeral Home Inc., 9705 Belair Rd. Nottingham, MD 21236 on Saturday, September 27, 2025 from 3-5. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Nancy's name to Baltimore Baptist Church, 615 S. East Ave. Baltimore, MD 21224, www.baltimorebaptist.org
A change in the gathering and remembering of Nancy’s life on Saturday September 27th is announced:
Family and close friends will join together for a private memorial at 2pm at Schimunek Funeral Home Inc., 9705 Belair Rd. Nottingham, MD 21236. This service will last approximately 45 minutes
Everyone is invited to gather between 3-5pm for a receiving of friends at Schimunek (no change)
There will be no 7-9 pm visitation session on Saturday evening.
